By accessing and using Budis, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account's credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You must not share your account credentials with others.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
When you subscribe to Budis Plus or any paid tier, you understand that all purchases are final. We do not process refund requests for subscriptions. Please review your subscription carefully before committing, as you are subscribing at your own discretion and risk.
6. Security and Responsible Disclosure
If you discover any bug, vulnerability, security flaw, or loophole in Budis, you agree to report it immediately to dev@budis.in rather than exploiting it. We appreciate your help in keeping the platform safe for everyone and take all reports seriously.
7. Disclaimer
The services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the services or their fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Budis after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
